She wasn't crying because she was scared. It's because for once, her reputation and money can't get her out of a dilema(sp). I think she deserves it. And I applaud the judge for treating her like the rest of us. It's about time she got a reality check that she isn't a Goddess.

Has anyone thought that maybe this is all an act for her? She only seems to break down in jail. I mean, when she was let out of jail the first time, she was so distraught with being in jail, that when she got home, she has a personal tanner come over so she could still get her tan? Come on! If you have psychological problems, you don't just have them when its conveinent for you. She was also not having a mental breakdown while she was walking the red carpet at the MTV Movie awards.

This girl is a spoiled brat that has had her own way her whole life,she has gotten away with stuff that no one else could have,and personally I'm glad the judge sent her back to jail.Rich people should never be treated different than regular people.After watching OJ get away with murder I hate to see rich people get away with there just punishment for there crimes.

I feel bad for her even though she isn't one of my favorites. I agree that she needed to be punished for what she did. I just don't understand why she was let out of jail for serving 5 days, had to appear in court the next day and was taken back to jail screaming and crying for her mother. That was just weird. I think this experience will humble Paris and make her think about her choices the next time.

Silverman is humorous yet in an odd way. i admire the humorous tale she made approximately Paris Hilton! i think of Hilton deserved it! besides, what has HIlton achieved for the international besides being a well-known spoiled brat?

she needs to learn that just because she's a celebrity, doesn't mean she should get special treatment. its stupid how she tried to get out of jail early and just be on house arrest to live in her mansion. that is not punishment. I won't feel bad for someone who can't live a simple life

I don't really care what happens to her. I don't even know what she's doing. She isn't beautiful, she can't act, she can't model, she can't sing - what IS she doing? She's rich...so what? There are plenty of rich people in the world.Then she goes and lands herself in jail and the media's all over it. For them there probably isn't anything more important right?!?

I don't really... She is not above the law... But I do however feel bad that the media can't leave her alone...
But she did the crime so, "did the crime, do the time, pay the fine."
