Smoker for 16 years. Thinking for the 1st time ever to give up. This July ban stresses me out. I like going out, i think i can cope with not smoking in bars but in night clubs is another story...Maybe time to give up , it will be difficult but has to be done sooner or later unfortunately :(

Yep,and not looking forward to the smoking ban.
I get migraines from certain smells,but I can't ban people from wearing perfume and after shave in public,lol

I smoke about 20 hamlet cigars a year. (Christmas and holidays)

My GP says this is not really smoking in the sense he would expect to see.

I agree with him. So, if people ask me I say, "no, not really"
They get so annoyed !!!!!!!

I used to smoke but I quit after my grandfather quit smoking. I figured if he can do it at 76 I could quit at my age.
