that has ruined your day and you can't stop thinking about
mine was when I was 12 years old I was dreaming of zombies and it seemed to have ruined my day or so

I had the same nightmare for everyday for 2 weeks.
I was killed by Jason from Friday the 13th. and he was killing my friends. I was a ghost but they could see and talk to me. so we would kill him. after we finished him off my time here was done. so i would hear a voice say come on it's time to go. and i would start to sink down into the earth. And i knew if i sunk all the way down i would be in hell. so i would wake up. every night same dream. the last time i had the dream i sunk all the way down.i couldn't wake up I knew i was asleep but i just couldn't wake up. I was in this room with all these people and it was really dark and i was yelling in my head wake up wake up. then i saw this really bright light so i tried to go towards it and i couldn't move. and there was this guy laughing.but a evil mean laughing. just then the light got brighter and i could move so i ran towards it and woke up. never had the dream again.
But for those two weeks and like a month afterwards i couldn't get it out of my mind.

Dying in a car accident when I'm 34(in 1 year) i had this dream repeatedly for about 5 years straight.
i even see myself dead in my coffin at the funeral and know the car rolled over me as i was thrown out of it squashing the life out of me though i feel no pain during this because it happens so quickly

I have a reoccurring nightmare. It's about me and a friend of mine, talking in my backyard by our pool, and this creature comes down the street and is eating everybody. My friend and I climbed up a tree, but the creature started climbing after us, then I usually wake up, although, once, the creature grabbed me, then I woke up.

yea, i had a dream once that i had sex with my best friend that kinda ruined my day.
