It is called " reality checkitis" an allergic reaction to the real world, where no one really gives two sh*ts about her. No panderers, no sycophants.
The judge asked at least 5 times for them to provide the medical condition papers which the sheriff's office based their decision on to realease and which the Sheriff's office and her own attorneys failed to produce, so the judge rightfully threw her scrawny behind back in jail.

Her family says "a severe rash."
The Sherriff said Paris' mental state had deteriorated since being in jail. Unbeknowst to him or anyone else, she was medicated before she arrived Sunday night. She didn't tell them all the medications she was on. So she wasn't getting her meds. After consulting with the jail's doctors and her psychiatrist, he decided to let her spend the rest of her sentence at home wearing an electronic device.
When the judge found out, he ordered her back to court, no proof was shown to substansiate the Sherriff's reasonong (Paris had given verbal consent but nothing in writing for her medical issues to be made known to the judge) and because the proper paperwoprk had not been filed, she was sent back to jail and told to serve her original sentence of 45 days, 5 of which she was credited with serving even tho in reality, it was only 3 days. She is spending the weekend in the medical wing and will hopefully get the proper meds and nutrition.

Okay, I like to say that I don't care about celebrities and all of that, but I can't help myself from watching when anything about them comes on the t.v. I read a little about the Paris "medical condition" thing, and what I got from it was that she is suffering from some type of psychological problem and that she takes some type of medication that she didn't have access to while in jail. My best guess is that it's some type of anti-depressant or anti-anxiety drug...

She had a visit by a psychiatrist so it was most likely her claimed medical issue was mental health related.Generally prisoners with mental health issues are not released but put under strict observation.

In September after her arrest, she started taking psychotropic medication to help her with a psychosis she started suffering from. When she went into the jail, she didn't tell the staff she was taking those medications and thus didn't receive any and she started getting mental-by not eating, sleeping and crying all the time. They said today, she is sullen and won't speak or eat or still hasn't slept. I think something is serious wrong here and even though I never cared one way or another about her, I would hate to think she would go insane over probation violations from driving offenses. Just let the woman go, something is wrong here.

WITHDRAWAL: D.T.'s from alcohol, paresthesia from cocaine, akathisia from psychotropics.... WITHDRAWAL.
(I just saw the home page of Yahoo. It says she's very withdrawn; interesting word....)
Uh, this isn't a joke. She got her ticket for drunk driving, right? There is much talk of her doing cocaine, and a huge percentage of industry people do cocaine. Both have bad withdrawal symptoms.
And what's WORSE, if it's true she's on pscyhotropics, well, anti-depressants give the WORST withdrawal problems; a person can die of seizures and coma from quick withdrawal from SSRI's and neuroleptics. Very, very dangerous. They should watch her weight; not sleeping is one of the first signs of withdrawal--it comes from akathisia, a restlessness and an agitation associated with going on, up, down, or off of psychotropic medication.
"Akathisia is a relatively common side effect of antipsychotic medication.... The symptoms consist...of dysphoria including tension, panic, irritability and impatience....agitation secondary to psychotic symptoms, the restless legs syndrome, anxiety, drug withdrawal states and a number of neurological disorders."

Hilton's lawyers sought to keep her out of jail on grounds that she was suffering an "unspecified medical condition". They never indicated what though

pppd? i like that.
i thought it was depression. but no one every really did say. besides, i would think just about every one in prison is depressed.
so what? there are many other inmates with much bigger medical issues than hers, and no one is sending them home to a stupid palace with an ankle bracelet.
