Roses but my absolute favorite that I love the smell of is one that is called a four o'clock.
This flower when it is sleeping from early in the a.m. til the middle of the afternoon (at 4:00 or a bit thereafter) is the shape of a tube and then at 4:00 in the afternoon the flower opens up. It's head is shaped like a little star. It stays open the rest of the night til early in the mornng like around 7 a.m. until the next time it's ready to open.
