Microsoft couldn't care less.

You're going to have to solve the problem yourself or get a computer expert to try and fix it.

You can clean it out by finding it first and also Microsoft will not have your back at all in this but back to what i was saying you need to find it follow the script and remove it and remove all traces of it and any of the paths of it coming into your PC and out of your PC clean out your internet as well as clear out your ISP that's a MAJOR!! they can see every thing you've been to if you don't do that but if you have any more questions you can email me at aarongillis@computertechcentral.net

wipe your hard drive clean and install a more secure operating system do some research into linux windows operating

the best suggestion i can give you is clean your whole computer or you can also install an antivrus program
