First, make sure the router you have is able to do port forwarding. Not all routers can do this. You did not provide the specific router type so we cannot state yours will work.

Let's assume your router can do so. You should set up port forwarding to a specific LAN device and it is identified by its LAN IP. You must give your pc a static LAN IP address so it does not change with time. This is done by configuring your LAN port for a static IP; it must be in the same subnet as the rest of your LAN.

After that, check port forwarding command in the router, and open the ports, identify them as UDP or TCP as required and identify the LAN IP to which it should be forwarded and your done.
