If you send a message and the screen flashes, but it is not in your sent-box; you're blocked

you message will not be sent and a lot of time if the profile is not on privat you will not be able to get on it. i blocked my cousin and he is been mad that he can't go on my profile.

I'm pretty sure you can tell because you wouldn't be able to message them or comment them in any way.
