Go for it my friend. Singing is one way of relieving stress, and the lyrics when really listened too can turn a bummer of a day into a promise of a better tomorrow. For me, it is not so much the tune of the singer, but the tone......they have to portray that they are feeling and experiencing whatever they elect to sing about. Myself, even after several drinks couldn*t force myself to stand behind a microphone.

the one's who can't sing are the best.
they're so bad they're good.
it's the ones who think they can sing but can't that make a joke of themselves.
i would definitely need a few drinks and a strong kick to get me up there.
