The Judge. He set the sentence and also wrote that she is not to have house arrest.

The person has the legally right person in the Paris Hilton case is the judge. The judge is basically the "president" of the case which is the boss. It doesn't matter about the sheriff he is just one of the "bosses" "employees."

Both are right, the Sheriff took the advice of doctors and it is
within their guidelines to release non violent prisoners after
serving 10% of their sentence due to over crowding of the
jails.

The Judge is the one that hands down the sentence according to the laws, he originally gave Paris 30 days of jail time and then when she went back to court imposed the full sentence on her, I think that was unjust and retaliatory punishment that was based on the actions of the sheriff
and he was pissed so he punished Paris.

I don't like Paris, but I think that she is being made the goat
by the judge because of the sheriff's actions.

Since the Judge called her back to court, and ordered her back to jail, then he is right unless an appeal court says otherwise.

The judge and the sheriff represent two separate branches of the law. In general the sheriff enforces what the court decides to do.

The judge made the rule and the sheriff as an officer of the executive branch enforces the rules. The judge was correct and the the sheriff was incorrect.

The sheriff is wrong and the judge is to be informed about any changes first before making a decision.

I do believe the Judge b.c. he did her sentencing and even stated she couldn't get out even on an ankle bracelet and so on (house arrest type of thing). Paris belongs in jail anyways, she did the crime, now she does the time.

Well if you are referring to her getting out of jail then being sent back to jail than I think whom ever sent her back to jail is right.

She got off easy and should just stop her sobbing and grow up.
