No it's cultured lactose bacteria. However, these are beneficial bacteria that are usually found in your intestines. They help with digestion and other things and so are considered to have a symbiotic relationship with the system.

I make my own yogurt. It's a fungus that they put into milk, that turn it sour, and give it a thicket texture. Yes, it's a kind of mold mixed with milk.

No. It's a milk product that gets its bitterness from bacteria.

it can get moldy after expiration date.....not sure that it is actual mold b4 that...i dont think so, if it is i learned something new and its pretty good lol however blue cheese=mold!

no but it does have either live cultures (whatever that is) or bacteria. i'm not sure which.
