Something like 75 hours, a little over 3 days. I've done it a few times, a couple of times it was in college when I had like 4 finals in the space of 3 days, and once in Vegas. We had driven up on a Thursday night (so no sleep since waking up Thursday morning) just for a turnaround trip, my mom started winning, so Friday night (up for 36 hours now) we looked for a hotel room and everything was booked. It was too cold to sleep in the car, so we decided to wait until check-out time on Saturday and see if any rooms opened up, by 6pm Saturday there were no rooms, so we decided to leave at midnight. After being stuck in traffic due to an insane accident on the 10 freeway, we arrived back in LA at 10am on Sunday. Wasn't really tired until halfway through the drive home, but 3 Red Bulls took care of that :)

About 50 hours.
I was on a stand alone night shift and hadn't gone to sleep. I wasn't tired the next day but since I was off that night, I wasn't bothered. At 6pm that night, the late senior phoned and asked if I would do another night, so I did and I didn't get to sleep until 8pm the next night.

I went for a week and a half without sleep. Thats 11 days!!! But I had like 30 cups of coffee and like 10 energy drinks.

A week through illness and people say I was like a 'drunk' for 4 days, I can't actually remember much about it! I'm just glad I didn't drive at the time, I could have killed some-one! Eventually I collapsed and ended up in A&E, and it was touch and go for a while, I slept solidly for 3 days afterwards though!
Trust me Its not something you should try!!!!!!!!!
