I try to think about and respond to the present (tense) of the moment. Sometimes I can concentrate on other things. I hate be confined with people that feel they have to be loud to be understood - like in jail. Some times I wish I was deaf to not be distracted by the noise. As I write this, my house mate JUST cranked up Bob Seger to the max. I think about the past and the future and realize I can only act now (presently) and I should do something to help my family and the community that will be there after I'm gone. I'm not complaining, but I wish better for my children then wars of "religion".
