I've heard different things.
I know she was charged with a DUI some time last year and was then sentenced to 6 months probation and had her license revoked.
Less than a week later she was pulled over by a cop, caught violating her probation by driving on a suspended license. She was forced to sign a document that stated she was informed not to drive on a suspended license. How much time can you get by just violating your probation ONCE and driving on a suspended license?
I'm not done yet. She was caught yet again, for the second time driving on a suspended license, right or wrong? So how much time *according to the book* could one serve for violating their probation TWICE and driving on a suspended license?
Am i right, or did I twist or leave something out mistakenly? Also, was she charged with a second DUI any of the 2 times she violated her probation?

She actually violated her probation in three ways, caught two times driving with a suspended license and she didn't sign up for court ordered alcohol classes. She had a tough judge who gave her 15 days for each offense.

The sentence for your 1st DWI/DUI is up to 6 months in jail. She was placed on probation. Once probation is revoked the judge can sentence you up to 6 months in jail. It would seem that in California the norm is 30 days. Paris got 45 because she violated her terms of probation 3 times. If she was living in Texas she would get 6 months.

She was drinking and driving and she smashed into another car. She only spent
3-4 days in jail. Although, there is a rumor
that she is going back to jail for 45 days.
It sucks to be her. I feel bad.

She also failed to join the alcohol abuse program that was part of her probation sentence.

i dunno but she isnt gonna stay in jail 4 2 long and she isntgonna learn her lesson either.
