First check the water source. The shut off valve where the copper line is connected. Disconnect copper line going to EC and have someone turn on valve if you have water coming out of copper line then the problem is in your float. Also check copper pipe for kinks. If no water disconnect line from shut off valve and put a container under it and put hand over shut off valve outlet and slowly turn on valve if you have water its a blockage in the copper pipe or a kink in pipe. If no water then there is a blockage at the shut off valve. If you have water at float but no water going thru float try lifting up on float a few times and see what happens. Check float and see if there is a screw to adjust float level if screw is tightened down all the way the washer will not lift off the seat. Float might be damaged and need replaced. Hope this helps.
