I am out of school and i dont know why the pass me i am overally retard... like i want to learn things and gran more interest in things but what and how.. do anyone now of good sites that teach me or subjections to help me...

You could start with some basic grammar lessons. Check with your local library, they may offer a summer program. Good luck!
