All those blonde questions today :-)...OK OK coming out !
Let's see..when so many women chose to dye/bleach their hair colour blonde, frankly I think it is getting boring and a lot looked better with their natural hair colour (..i.e ; Avril Lavigne..just because just saw her on TV). Frankly 99% of women who have blonde hair are really brunettes or have mousy hair...
Do they really have more fun ??
The hair colour some would say catches the eye more but facial features, overall appearance , personality is certainly winning over just a hair colour (and if the hair is not in good condition..give me one brunette anytime or red hair..men tend to like red hair quite a lot).
Maybe some women feel they have more fun because they changed their hair colour which made them happier ..bit like losing weight. They gain confidence in themselves and that affects their relationship with others in return.
So there might (a tiny might) be some truth in it.
That phrase was coined at the beginning of the century by cinema studios I think anyway ( Marylin Monroe and co.). And we could talk about all the gorgeous women who are not blondes in the movies : Catherince Zeta Jones, etc..
Some anthropologists also push the idea that youth is ideolised and since most fair children become darker as they age, the light colour is a subliminal reminder of youth.
I know am answering seriously..but you can bet one of my neighbour who is drop dead brunette Russian woman is certainly having more fun than me..

Well, it's not really about blondes having more fun. I'm actually a brunette, but I kow what it's like. Blondes don't have more fun than any other person with any other hair color. Trust me. It's a myth.
