I suggest this service: http://phonedetectives.co - The best reverse cell phone lookup service.
It's a cheap service that works great! It could be used for a much deeper search. You can use it to get hold of different varieties of background reports, and in addition cell numbers, addresses and names.. you can get unlimited reports... I ran with this because I required to verify more numbers.
You can get the name, other phone number, address history, relatives, and much more about anyone! The completly free reverse phone lookup generally doesn't provide anything interesting. To get interesting information, money will must be paid. The free searches don't provide considerably more than what may be found through the phone directory or personal information and they simply require your email to send spam. The reverse phone detective search tool does work, but you should use just the service that I posted above. The last thing you want to do, is pay for a service and find the numbers you want to lookup are not available in their directory.
The service that I reccomend doesn't have any kind of problem , you won't get any bad surprise! Trust it!
Reverse Phone Lookup area gives you additional access to millions of public records, including:
+ Find out the source of a harassing ("prank") caller
+ Research a number that appeared on your phone bill
+ Locate an old friend from high school or college
+ Research "missed calls" on your caller ID that you don't recognize
+ Verify an address
+ And more...
PhoneDetectives - http://phonedetectives.co
Conduct an instant reverse phone lookup. 100% Confidentail and Instant Results!

The best avaiable service is surely Reverse Phone Lookup.
You can check the website here: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538
The free reverse phone lookup sites generally doesn't provide anything interesting. To get interesting information, you should spend a bit of money. The free searches do not provide much more than what can be found through the phone book or personal knowledge and they only want your email to send spam. You should stay away from shady reverse phone lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Stick with a reputable reverse phone lookup site like http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=538 that has been on the market for a lot of years.
With their reverse cell phone lookup tool you can find out information behind any cell or land line number. Type in the persons cell phone number and you will be given access to their report, including name cell and land line numbers, and address.
It can be used also for a much deeper search. People wanting to get hold of all kinds of background reports, as well as cell phone numbers, addresses and names..
If I remember well there are 2 options:
Basic:
You get only one report.
[acabo]Advanced:
You get unlimited reports... I went with this option because I wanted to verify more numbers. You can get the name, other phone number, address history, relatives, and much more about anyone!
Anyway you can check on the website for further informations. Hope it helps! :)

The absolutely free reverse email lookup sites generally provide false information, they just want your email to send you spam. To get real information, money will have to be paid.
Also, stay away from shady reverse email lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse phone lookup site like http://www.emailtracer.org that has been around since 1997.

You need to get a program that has a good pop-up blocker. If you don't have any software to block spam. One of these programs is made by IOLO. If you get the maintenance software at there website with it is a program in the shape of a hammer. It blocks all pop ups.

RAS AutoDial (clean dialers out of windows registry)
http://windowssdk.msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/rras/rras/ras_autodial.asp
Examples: RAS Autodial (my own finds Webmaster/BlueCollarPC.Net - Jan/Feb 2006 - and I believe I have discovered these first in spyworld, would like the credit mentioned, and found all software does not ! I am trying my best to get software developed immediately so I can copyright the invention, but I need a writer. For more check out the unknown "anti-dialer softwares available, and I doubt if they stop these). (There were actually 10-20 different ones of these examples)
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\RASAutodial\Addresses\bannerserver.gator.com
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\RASAutodial\Addresses\fm2.imesh.com
For IP number Look-Up, use a DNS service. The one below is handy and fast with Reverse Look Up - which means you can look up the IP number to find out the domain involved with the RASautodial present in your registry:
Web Based DNS Lookup (NSLookup) (ZoneEdit.com)
DNS Network Information via nslookup, yet another free service from ZoneEdit.
http://www.zoneedit.com/lookup.html
EXAMPLE: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\RAS Autodial\Addresses\207.46.106.123 is a typical Microsoft key for apparently hotmail or msn.com. NOTE: If you find something strange that may be a porn dialer or spyware - make sure you really search out exactly what domain is associated and why before considering deleting one of these keys !
