There is no fail proof way to tell for sure without some sort of test. There are, however, many signs and symptoms to look for.....
missed period
sore breasts
mood changes.....emotional
changes in appetite
vaginal discharge
fatigue
nausea
Another thing to look at is WHEN you had sex. They say a woman can concieve between day 11 through 16 of their cycle. (that is the window of highest possibility) The first day of your period is day 1. Just count from there to find out the likely hood that you were able to get pregnant.

The only way to find out is to take a home pregnancy test (you can get them at the dollar store even!) or to go to the doctor and have them do a blood or urine test to be sure. As long as you haven't missed your period yet, you're probably not pregnant.

you can't go to walmart and spend 3 bucks to buy a test?? You can't be sure without the test. Or if you feel like it, you can try to feel your cervix and see if it is closed that is a sign of pregnancy

You can't....the signs of pregnancy are so simular to PMS. It is very difficult to tell, unless you are throwing up then that is a HUGE sign. Otherwise, just wait until the end of the month. Good luck!

Are you kidding me ? Go to your health department and get one for free. Better yet, stop paying for internet service and buy a $4.00 pregnancy test.
