Excuse me. I don't mean to be rude, but it took you longer to ask this question, than to read Yahoo!'s home page, which ususally features Paris Hilton these days.
She went to jail. Couldn't take it. Left, and went home based on illness; the judge didn't believe her and put her back in the can....

Yeah, I've been away too - have a lot of people suddenly read 1984 by George Orwell? Only they keep mentioning Big Brother....
Don't think I remember a character called Emily in the book though.....

she went to jail, got let out tagged and under house arrest as they reckoned she was suicidal as she cried herself to sleep each night and refused to eat (she only did 3 days) then the judge got her back to court and sent her back to finish her 40 days (well that's what i read in the paper today)
