By emailing someone. When you send a email to someone your ISP number shows up in the full header of the message. Also your server has your ISP on your account. They know where you do and don't go....basically. So they can find people. It's not that hard to do. Just when someone send you a message. Make sure you have your setting on "Full Header" You can see what server it is coming from and the numers which is the IP address.

they use SSH or intra net which make contact with ur PC and through a bing order they can get the ip address

It is traceable from your emails, I don't know how it is done.
