ponds cold cream is really really good! i use it all the time when i remove my makeup. i used to always wake up in the morning with leftover mascara under my eyes, but ever since i've been using ponds, i havent had that problem. what i basically do is i take some of the cream on my finger and smooth it over my face and on my eyelids in a downwards motion so that the mascara will bleed out on my cheekbones. then i take a warm wet washcloth and wipe my face with it. after that, i just wash my face with a cleanser and then i'm all set. it also makes your skin a lot softer so it's a 2 in 1 product :)

It's not hard at all.
When you take a shower, use some shampoo, lather it up on your head to wash it, and take some of that lather and gently rub it into your closed eyes.
That will take off the eyemakeup.
You could also try Vaseline or baby oil, and wipe it off with a cotton pad.

well if you use soap it will come off but it takes a while but that kinda just depends on the quality. if you have good quality you will rub your eyes raw for a while, where the not so good kind will come off with soap. but if it says its water proof it should be water proof and not come off in the pool but it just depends on the brand you get

It's pretty hard...It take awhile.....I really recommend you use eye makeup remover (quick and easy) But if you don't have any...use a soft wash cloth and warm water and patience!

yes, obviously water wont take it off. you need either a make-up remover, or soap (i would suggest make-up remover. its gentler).
there are all different kinds. almay makes little pre-soaked pads...they come in a jar. they work really well.
