I don't think she bribed him. However, I think she gave him oral favors and he was already a big fan of hers before that. That's why he let her out instead of sending her to the prison clinic or prison ward of the county hospital for her "medical condition." Looking at his comments about punishing celebs worse than average people (and if she had been an average person she wouldn't have gotten the preferential treatment she got) certainly says she has his number.

Well I am not sure that she bribed the sheriff to get out of jail. There was a short news clip devoted to how this particular sheriff was sort of a celebrity whore. So I think he was sucking up to her "celebrity status".
Is is wrong she got out of jail? Absolutely, no question. Thank the justice system, outraged Americans, and intense media scrutiny that she is now going back in. You can tell that she thinks she is above the law, as do her parents and they have all had a giant dose of reality. That judge should be put in some higher office and other judges should worship at his feet!!!!!

I don't know that she bribed anyone. According to Baca, he made the decision to let her go home and serve her time with an electronic ankle bracelet after consulting with her psychiatrist and the drs at the jail.
Paris did not disclose all the medicines she was on. So her mental state deteriorated rapidly. Now that she is getting a complete physical and mental evaluation, hopefully, she'll be able to serve the rest of her sentence better than she did the first 3 days.
Do we think she'll stay there this time? Time will tell.

No! Not because of bribing.
iT WAS BECAUSE she was crying (which I think is really not an excpetion to get out of jail). They were concerned about her health and that she may be having a breakdown. CMON ITS ONLY 45 DAYS FOR HER. And others are in jail for life ! And I don`t see them having a breakdown. Well, maybe, but still. Just because she's a celebrity, doesn't mean she gets ''special treatment''. Oh yeah, like she`s done any good recently.

This sheriff has accepted thousands of dollars of "gifts". I tend to think that he was given lifelong Hilton Hotel rooms.

Both she and the judge people are wrong. She shouldn't have been doing what she was, but she should get the same consequence as anyone else.
