Who is she? I never heard the name until now. I don't care either, but wondered what is so special about her since what she did happens on a daily basis.

i envy your ignorange of her. shes a slutty ***** who has contributed nothing to the world and who is unfortunantly in the news more often than whats going on in iraq. she does dumb and pointless things and the public apparently loves it. shes hideous and fake and about as intelligent as a rock.

Paris Hilton is an American celebrity, socialite, actress, and recording artist. She is a heiress to a share of the Hilton Hotel fortune. In September 2006, she was arrested to "driving under the influence" and sentenced to 36 months probation, as well as having her license suspended. After more subsequent arrests for driving under a suspended license and speeding, she was sentenced to 45 days in jail. Somehow, (she probably bribed the sheriff) she was let out of jail after 5 days, on Thursday, due to "medical conditions" and was put under home confinement for 40 more days with a monitoring bracelet on her wrist. On yesterday, Friday, she was escorted crying, handcuffed, and screaming for her mom by a police car to court, where the judge sentenced her back to jail to serve the rest of her 45-day sentence from before. She that spoiled brat heiress of Richard Hilton and Kathy Hilton who owns those chains of Hilton's hotels wherever you could see them. And she's that girl who has money and do whatever it takes to be popular...so there she goes...to jail! Mom and Dad's richest can't save her from the law and that's it.

the big deal is that she was let out of prison in three days because she is rich and famous (for being rich) .. then she was put on house arrest in her mansion (i wouldnt mind) but then they put her back in jail .. she shouldnt have been let out in the first place and it shows that celebrities get special treatment
