Losing weight overall will reduce your breast size. Breasts are mostly fat tissue, so if you reduce you overall body fat, they will get smaller. The best way to lose body fat is to do cardio exercises like running, swimming, stairmaster...etc.

There are no specific exercises for reducing the size of a breast, but there are exercises that can be done to strengthen the muscles in the chest wall.

But as one of the other posters said if one loses weight the breasts can get smaller that way.

"colorguy" is correct.

Try doing the exercises to your benefit.

There are other ways to make them look smaller by proper attires. Vertical strip loose upper garment like blouse, shirts .... can do wonders.

Most people want them made larger but I can see why you may need to reduce them, well endowed breast can give a person very sever back aches.

In that case go for reduction surgery. But do not temper with your breast if you are planning to nurse a baby in future.

You're gonna hate this, but there really aren't any. The only way I know of to reduce breast size is to get breast reduction surgery. Or I suppose wear a sports bra.

Body building women don't really have boobs, so I'd say yes, you can reduce your breast size without surgery. Those women have almost no fat on their bodies. But I don't know what exercises they do. You can probably google that.
