Stay slim and eat lots of healthy foods like veggies and fresh fruits and don't ever forget to drink milk. Skim milk is good for you since it has no fat added but lots of energy in it.

You could try taking a multi-vitamin to see if that helps but I would recommend seeing your dr first to have them evaluate the situation to see if something like a hormone imbalance such as due to the thyroid could be causing this.

umm eat healthy...like, an apple will give you more energy than coffe will.
