I moved recently to a state where front license plates are needed. My car is a leased vehicle. I will like to find a solution that results in no modification of front bumper.

Most mfg's do not use mounting brackets anymore. If you look closely at the bumper you should see 2 small dimples in the bumper. They are designed to just accept a self tapping type screw. If the holes line up with the holes in the license plate you dont need a bracket. If the holes are spread further than the plate holes you will need a bracket
