maybe a fresh smell .not too flowery but something that can be used everyday.At the moment i use green tea by elizabeth arden and at night i use 5th avenue by her aswell. So i am looking for something similar any ideas please as hubby wants to buy me a new one.thanks Claire

I like Helmut Lang.
It's expensive but it's got a great subtle smell. You can tell it's there but others can't unless they're close. It's good for close encounters. It's hard to describe the smell but it's not flowery and doesn't have that chemical smell that burns your nose. Try it out, you'll see.
I was driving around Downtown the other night and stopped at a red light. And there was a guy standing on the corner at the door of a club. And he's Cologne was so strong I had to sneeze. Omfg, don't be that guy, lol.

A perfume that I wear every day is "Romance" by Ralph Lauren. It is not too flowery/scented (I hate it when perfumes are like that), and it smells very fresh. It is great if you don't want to carry a really heavy fragrance, but just want to subtly smell very good all the time.

Like StarShine Girl says, it's often how much you put on. Try spraying the scent into the air in front of you, then walk through the mist. Other than that, take your hubby shopping and have him pick a perfume he likes for you. Make a bedroom game of it - he'll play along :)

Try Flower by Kenzo it smells really nice and fresh, very summery, Obsession Sheer's another nice one too.

Try Bur berry weekend it is awesome and I seem to get a lot of attention when I wear it. It is sometimes sold at Lohemann's, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls.

Ohh if you want FRESH, then you want J'adore Dior by Dior. It's very light but it leaves a strong mark. Smells fabulous !

go to victoria secrets and smell every single perfume. you'll be fond to find one you like. ohh and at at icings (the earing store) they have some coconut smelling kind of body spray and it smells really good. it smells just like the beach and its a really light smell.
