Interestingly enough Clinton did have at least two terrorist attacks, The World Trade Center bombing, early in his presidency and the USS Cole, yet I don't hear of any government conspiracies about these attacks. Most of the time I find 9/11 theorists to dislike President Bush. They want him to look bad, and gullible people who question the government, but not the theories believe them.

Obviously you don't know any history... CLINTON was NO LONGER PRESIDENT when 9/11 happened... so how could HE have used Monika or anyone else as a diversion... SINCE 9/11 HAD NOT HAPPENED YET...

Sandy Berger stole & destroyed classified documents to protect Clinton from the 9/11 Commission Investigation.
It probably saved Clinton from being charged with Treason and going to prison.
Humanist is a FOREIGNER. He doesn't understand anything about this country. If we cut off Foreign Aid to his country, he might starve.
