now i have my period and my cramps are killing me!! Help?? Advie anything!

One thing (besides heat) that I found helpful to my cramps is that of upping my iron level intake during that time by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course).

Also, if you have some Tylenol that can probably be of some help but I would also recommend getting in touch with your dr on Mon to let them know what is going on to see what they think.

You've got a ton of hormones going through your system right now. The normal ones for this time of month and the extra from the birth control. This is normal, albeit painful and annoying.
Take some ib profin, exercise, then lay down with a heating pad on your stomach.

Sorry your in such pain. If you feel this way for your next couple of periods, you might want to switch birth controls. That's what I had to do because my cramps were so bad.

My Girl friend have that problem when we have our second sex. Dont eat pills yet , thats normal . Go see a specialist in birth control if your still in pain after 3 days in a row .
