easiest to throw and easiest to throw well are two different things. but, i'd say the slider is the easiest to throw as it is a natural motion for many people. in fact, many kids throw a slider unknowingly simply as an effect of bad mechanics trying to throw a fastball. i'm am a perfect case-in-point. i recently went to Clyde Wright's pitching school to try and increase my velocity and distance playing the outfield. showed him my "fastball" and he immediately said, "why are you throwing a slider?" it was the way i have always thrown. essentially letting the ball exit between my thumb and forefinger rather than off my finger tips. it is still something i have difficulty overcoming in game situations. what Clyde told me is that many kids come to him with the exact same problem, and one reason kids elbows get blown out. i'd have to say, at least for me, a fastball is not an easy thing to throw.

ya, i would also say a knuckle ball. Basically, all you have to do to throw a knuckle ball is grip the baseball with your fingertips and use you natural throwing motion, and you will get a lot of movement, and cut to your ball. Knuckle balls are also the easiest pitch on your arm. If you are a knuckle ball pitcher, you can pitch in your 40's. Look at Mike Mussina, he throws a knuckle ball instead of a curve, and he has used it well, he has almost 250 wins.

I think a change or circle change, all you have to do is grip it with all your fingers and throw it like normal.
