Behave gentlemanly in an old-fashioned way. Be respectful. *Ask* if it's ok to kiss her.
Watch a few Cary Grant films and you will get the idea. Many women will melt with that kind of treatment.

Better to say " sorry I didn't mean to rush( then look down at the floor), I just really like you (then look back up at her)". That might do the trick, but if not then she might not like you like that or she just isn't ready yet. Its usually best to take things slowly otherwise she thinks you don't respect her.
