Not in person, but on yahoo answers it seems they do, and I to them. Interesting stuff, this conversing with strangers is.

Yes, since I'm a woman with tattooed arms. They are compelled to ask if I've been in prison, or if getting a tattoo hurts. The answers are No and Yes. LOL

Not always....but I usually have something to say to strangers.
I like make conversation with complete strangers just to see their reactions.

No, but I usually have something to say to them! Mostly thing along the lines of: "dude have you ever heard of deordorant?"
Or "hey can I have a bite of that sandwich? Wait you don't have mouth herpes or anything do you?"

Yes, they ask me for directions, and had some really weird conversations. Once this strange guy started talking to me in Chinese, so i said i can speak English you know lol, then he walked away all embarrassed.
