I stand firm on my belief that leaders who are weak are wrong most of the time, for not being strong.

Don't understand, strong but wrong but right?
I would prefer to have a leader who has ethics and integrity, any decision that comes from that will be a strong and sound and right decision and action. It must come from a right place in his heart.
