You know how there is AGP 2x, and 4x and 8x.
is there such thing as just AGP? im worried because i have a 2002 pc and i want to get an AGP graphics card but im not sure what x i have. like x2, or x4 or x8.

This program will give you a complete run down of all the hard ware in your machine. You can browse to the motherboard section and it will tell you what brand and model motherboard you are using.

Then you can go that manufacturers site and track down a specification sheet for that model which should tell you exactly what you need to know.

Check your motherboard manual, if 2002, most likely AGP 8x or 4X

Click on 'Start ->Run' in the Taskbar.
Type 'dxdiag'.

It will open up Direct Diagnostic tool (assuming that you have DirectX installed), click on the Display tab and check the video card.
