Have you not heard about the Licking Machine?
A group of engineering students from Purdue University recorded that their licking machine, modeled after a human tongue, took an average of 364 licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop. They tried the same licking test on 20 volunteers and found that the average licks to the center were 252 licks.

Students at Whittier Elementary in Waukesha, WI determined that it takes an average of 9 minutes to reach the center of a Tootsie Pop.

they have a thing that counts how many times to get to the center of a tootsie pop. you put it in the holder,turn it on, start licking the tootsie pop. the tootsie pop turns in the holder. every time you lick the sucker, it counts. all i know is that it's to much to count to try and get to the center of the tootsie pop.

i dont know but i got the t-shirt .... and i think it kind of goes off the size of your tongue , the anount of saliva, and how much patience you have....
