Because it isn't a tom, it's a queen.
Boy cats don't have kittens because they don't have a uterus.
Tit Tat is a lady and she has been doing naughty things with boy cats and getting herself all pregnant. When she's finished nursing her kittens you might want to look into getting her spayed.

Lurrrrrrrrve the name purrrrrrr. My cats are called Octy, Amaran and Astrophe. I was going to get another one and call it Erpillar but I thought that was going a bit too far!

Had the same with my cat it was called Henry by previous owners but the shelter we got it from sexed it and not its Henrietta - why cause it does not answer to anything anyway

Don't know but we used to have a cat called ***** (yes it's true) Calling her in at night was somewhat embarrassing as I got older!!!
