On whom do we have an eye for the next election?

Whoever wins the primaries, of course!

I got to see almost all candidates in Oklahoma. I Like McCain and Romney.
I would choose Hunter or Fred Thompson if they did better in polls. Giuliani is good.
I only agree with economics policies of Ron Paul, not foriegn policy.

So far I am going for McCain.

Mitt Romney-

Chopper-
During the Salt Lake City Olympics, he took over when it was over budget, and looking like a failure. Romney turned it around and made it a success that brought in a $100 million profit. He then donated his entire salary to the games. He also saved the Mass. budget when it had a huge deficit. Romney balanced the budget, and brought a surplus for the state. He has also helped to start up companies such as Staples, and Brookstone, and more.
Romney also believes in a strong family and values. He has also been married to his wife for over 30 years.
Finally, if elected, he will donate his salary of $400,000 to charity. Romney is the right man for this country.

It's too soon for me to choose who I'm voting for, but I'm keeping my eye on Fred Thompson, Ron Paul, and Mitt Romney so far. I'd like to see more from the others.

I just know it won't be McCain or Guliani. I've seen enough to know they will never get my vote.

I might consider voting for Thompson, but never for McCain. My favorite is Tom Tancredo of Colorado, but he may not make the cut.

I believe Ron Paul is our hope for america, the media will not report what a fascist nation we are becoming. They only repeat things about terrorism so that you believe Bush's lies. We are not endanger. Just ask any Iranian. The media is spinning things and we are falling for it.

Ron Paul says
The Federal Reserve, our central bank, fosters runaway debt by increasing the money supply — making each dollar in your pocket worth less. The Fed is a private bank run by unelected officials who are not required to be open or accountable to “we the people.” Worse, our economy and our very independence as a nation is increasingly in the hands of foreign governments such as China and Saudi Arabia, because their central banks also finance our runaway spending. We cannot continue to allow private banks, wasteful agencies, lobbyists, corporations on welfare, and governments collecting foreign aid to dictate the size of our ballooning budget. We need a new method to prioritize our spending. It’s called the Constitution of the United States.
So called free trade deals and world governmental organizations like the International Criminal Court (ICC), NAFTA, GATT, WTO, and CAFTA are a threat to our independence as a nation. They transfer power from our government to unelected foreign elites. The ICC wants to try our soldiers as war criminals. Both the WTO and CAFTA could force Americans to get a doctor”s prescription to take herbs and vitamins. Alternative treatments could be banned. The WTO has forced Congress to change our laws, yet we still face trade wars. Today, France is threatening to have U.S. goods taxed throughout Europe. If anything, the WTO makes trade relations worse by giving foreign competitors a new way to attack U.S. jobs. NAFTA”s superhighway is just one part of a plan to erase the borders between the U.S. and Mexico, called the North American Union. This spawn of powerful special interests, would create a single nation out of Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, with a new unelected bureaucracy and money system. Forget about controlling immigration under this scheme. And a free America, with limited, constitutional government, would be gone forever.

MOST IMPORTANTLY
He can be trusted unlike any other politician that is running...
He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.

He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.

Congressman Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year, probably more than any single member of Congress.

I'm keeping an eye to John McCain, Mike Huckabee and Sam Brownback, and not because I am an anti-evolution, it's because they're good.

Haven't made up my mind. I am most interested in Mitt Romney and Fred Thompson right now. I want a TRUE conservative that will fight back when they are attacked for EVERYTHING!!!! Compassion is good until it makes you seem weak.

It might be nice to have a mormon as President. (even though he's a republican)....I'd like to see Al Gore run...he would probably win again! Republicans don't stand a chance after what Bush and Cheney has done! They're wasting money....as usual.
