A coworkers borrowed $200 but hasn't paid how should I ask?
A co-worker/friend borrowed $200 four weeks ago to tide her over until payday. She still has not paid me back but has talked about it. How should I approach this? What is a polite way of reminding her. This is so awkward. I never thought this would come up. Please help.

In the end we are judged by our actions not our intentions.
There is no such thing as polite or rude in finances. Tell her simply that you want your money back, even if you need to get it from her in chunks instead of a solid payment.
If she was broke enough that she needed to borrow she is unlikely to have 200 dollars loose change in her purse.
Don't be shy, be direct. If you start an office shaming campaign everybody will just lose respect for you. If you go after what is yours directly they will respect that. Back stabbers and plotters are never respected.
If you need to shame her then ask for the money you lent her to be returned when somebody else is there, but not before you have already asked her for it.
I lost $50 to a borrower about 4 years ago. The poor guy had the intent to repay but had a crack cocaine habit that kept him poor. If he had any spare money it went up in smoke.

I would just tell her that "I'm not trying to be rude but I let you borrow that money four weeks ago and it was supposed to be repaid to me as soon as we got paid I'ld really appreciate it if you would repay me immeidately I feel you may have taken my kindness for granted" and if you dont wanna do that then you may just be eatin it cause she may have no intention of giving it back

well have u ever seen the show Family Guy? Brian owed Stewie some money... stewie often said hey buddy got my money... in a soft voice... then one day when the money was due he met him in the bathroom and had a glass of o.j. in hand and drank the o.j. and smashed him in the head... then took his head and shoved it in the toilet and he slammed him on the ground. then jumped on him and beat him senseless till brian offered to go to the atm with him... well don't do that....
i suggest u be up front and be like... um hey blah blah... u know that money i owed u.. could i have it back... i sorta need it... my dog had a complication with my toddler brother and i have to help him pay my brother back lol.

tell the boss or get every one that works with you confrot the guy tell him you owes you idnt give you no iou tell your boss wht going on mabe he can taking out of his check
