when the bush twins go then ...we'll talk.

After Jenna Bush's third conviction for an alcohol-related offense she was ordered to pay court costs, take six hours of alcohol counseling, and serve eight hours of community service. According to the Chronicle a 30-day driver's license suspension is stipulated in the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code for a first offense, but was not enforced.

oohhhh yes!!!! the princess should stop making a big deal out of the whole thing just because she will be staying behind bars for a short while.

I do not know what took em so long to get her " in there".
and by the way why did the sheriff take her out in the very first place ? i am beginning to put a question mark to that !!!!!

she is even a bad example to the public. Just because she is a celebrity don mean she can do what ever she wants........

somebody better throw the keys away and let her become stale in there . my vote is yes too!!!

Yes on both counts. The judge said electronic monitoring would not be allowed. And Sherriff Baca let her out anyway without the proper papers being filed.

I can understand his reasoning tho after watching that news conference. Paris didn't disclose the medications she was on. And he didn't know she was already medicated prior to being jailed on Sunday night. Some of her meds were for mental issues. So of course, her mental state quickly deteriorated without them. And after consulting with the drs and her psychiatrist, decided that electronic monitoring would be best.

Unfortunately for Paris, the proper paperwork wasn't filed before her release on Thursday morning. So she was back in jail Friday.

Regardless of who you are, no one can break the law and think they are above that law. This little rich girl cannot possibly think that because of who she is and the fact daddy has so many millions in the bank that she can do whatever she likes. Yes she should have gone back to jail, everyone else in there has to serve there sentence, why shouldnt she. The judge passed the sentence and the sherrif did not have the authority to reduce it.

Yes (driving at 70 MPH at a 35 MPH zone with no lights at night! it seems she wanted to kill someone) and the same goes for Brandy (Brandy Rayana Norwood) she must do jail time for causing that accident that killed a mother of two children back in Dec 2006.

Besides she was given plenty of chances on her two previous driving infractions, but she thought she was special. If you refuse to drive safely you should go to jail; and the same should be done to anyone that thinks that driving is a game: bad driving can KILL innocent people.

Going to jail is the single most worthwhile thing Paris Hilton has ever done or will ever do. This person is famous for being a self-indulgent, spoiled, druken, oversexed, semi-retarded lucky sperm club member. Her life has absolutely no value.
