Ha ha! But who is the one that decides if the person is ugly or not? Who decides if the one judging is ugly or not?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and so is ugliness... LOL

Well then they aren't enforcing the law because I've seen some really ugly people there, as well as every place else that I've visited.
