First, the song is an Italian classic called "Core'N Grato" translated into English as "Ungrateful Heart." Dominic Chianese does a really fantastic version of it on his album of the same English name, and you can even see the video of his performance at:

Secondly, I think you might be just a tad bit confused. If memory serves me correctly, the family was at Vesuvio's after the funeral of Jackie Aprile, Jr, to which "Junior" Soprano then sang the song. If you recall, Meadow started drinking heavily after his death and was quite inebriated at the resaurant.

The episode (#39) is the final episode of season 3 entitled "Army of One."

go to the website. they list music there that has been on the show. also, he must have a cd with that song on it too is a safe guess.
