Well, let's see:
1) He was accused of sodomy once.
2) There are no records of him having a girlfriend or a wife.
3) He was constantly in the company of male friends. With some which it seems he was very intimate. Particularly the guy he was with in his last days seem to be a lover.
4) His sketch book. Most of them are of good looking nude males. There are a few female figures, and all the female figures are motherly-looking. And most of the time Leonardo didn't draw women below the neck, which was not the case when he drew male figures.
There is no hardcore proof, but when you look at all the facts and put them together, you'll see that it's very unlikely he was straight, and very likely he was gay. So I'd say it was extremely likely he was gay.

Get smart! The Da Vinci code is just a story, it is not fact. But just like Darwin's Theory of Evolution some stupid people will come a long and proclaim it to be historical fact. Evolution was written to prove the freedom of the press, nothing more. The DaVinci Code was written to sell books, it is only a story, but some one turned it into a movie. That does not make it real!

In addition, some feel that his most famous painting, the Mona Lisa, might actually be a self-portrait. Computer studies on the model's face have revealed that it exactly matched the contours of Leonardo's own face.
Just think about it......through the centuries millions of people have contemplated the painting and wondered what her enigmatic smile could mean. Could it be that "she" was smiling at the fact that millions across the centuries would be looking at Leonardo himself and thinking they were viewing a beautiful "woman?"

Yes, I've also read that he had one. However, he may is bi not gay. I don't know.

he was asexual cause he was autistic land was too focused in his work, if not having ever a relationship with a man and having a lot of female would make someone lesbian even though you are not attracted to thm and fantasize with men but don't date any of them cause lack social skill and problem with physical contact of any type will make someone gay then it will make me too since I fantasize with men but don't get around them because lack social skill and have a lot of female friends and live with two of them which I see like sisters and they even got boyfriends and planning to move and adopt a Russian or Chinese girl

yet today they seem to be open about what they do
the only help I can give you is your alive today, so why not pray and believe the prophecies that changes lives to make the best choices=in thankfulness to worship the creator instead of the created=Romans 1
one I was going to commit suicide having everthing I wanted as a Jew with money.
and the reason is because I finally believed the prophecies and prayed- "Jesus I am sorry for my sins, come into my heart and help me, be my friend, amen."

this is why I came to believe Jesus=As a Jew I was taught Jesus was a liar, yet as I read the Jewish prophecies of the Messiah I had to chose if I would continue to believe a lie or to believe the truth.
A proof of the Bible being the Word of God and not tampered with is the fact that these prophecies are in the Jewish scriptures -while the Jewish people apart from Messianic Judaism say if you believe them your not Jewish any more!
