My bearded dragon has something hanging from his butt, i believe it is his penis. Is there anything i can do without taking him to the vet, he will not eat and barley open his eyes he isnt just laying there when i spray him with water he lifts up he isnt weak. please if anyone can help i would be happy to email a picture if needed. I just want to know if he needs to be put down. thanks for the help!

There are things you can do UNTIL you get him to the vet that will help but he does need to see a vet.
The tissue could be his hemipenes or it could be cloacal/intestinal tissue. For either case you can soak the tissue in a super saturated sugar water solution ( put as much sugar as will dissolve in the water). This can help safely shrink the tissue and sometimes it will allow it to retract. You must also keep the tissue from drying out. Use vaseline, or even cooking oil or saline (do not use plain water). Remove any substrate and keep him on newspaper or paper towel.
This will help keep the tissue alive until you can get him to the vet.
