Let's just say that hypothetically speaking, I have an annoying neighbor lady who is crazy and thinks her phones are bugged and who also has about a million cats. Let's also imagine that these annoying cats defecate in my yard and pester my dog all day long.. Let's also say that these cats break into my garbage cans at night and rip open garbage sacks and then let's say that my annoying neighbor lady thinks it's cute..
What might happen if some of these cats began to mysteriously disappear?? Do you think I could tell her some men in black came and took them? Do you think I could convince her that they're all robot cats that were sent by the government to spy on her?
Also, where could I purchase my very own robot cat that I could use in my demonstration as I'm convincing her? Pulling a head off and allowing sparks to fly all over the yard would be the selling point, I think...

I have never seen a robot cat, but there is a robot dog out there that you can buy. Probably won't help you though. If I were you, and I'm not, I would start wearing nothing but Black Suits and Sunglasses and walk slowly past your windows always making sure that she can see you. That way she will be worrying about what you are doing and not the dissappearing cats.

uhm, might I suggest an ultrasound thingy?.. you know.. the sounds that cats hate but people cant hear..??? neighbour wouldnt even see the cause the cats dont want your garden as a litter anymore... or why they werent interested in your garbage anymore... or why they crowd her all day and wont go outside to pee anymore..... :-)))) and uhm... very easy, no explanation, and if you want sparks.. well... put some noise and sparks producing movie special effects stuff under her stairs.. each step goes: whack! ... Whack!... Whack...! and then you think that is very ... cute. Or you could always get Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman from the mythbusters in... say guys... is the myth that having 20 cats in the building is causing ..... and they'll blow her up for you... they just love to blow stuff up... or perhaps they'll blow buster up, but that's part of the fun...
