I hate that. It'll be so quiet and I'm the only one with the sniffly nose and the stomach that goes, "Grrrrrr... Erccc..." Like yesterday during my math exam, I did both of those above. Plus there were wierd sounds that would "go off" inside of me... It'll sound like bombs over bahgdad in my tummy. I can't stand that stuff, it is freaking embarrassing and plus sometimes it doesn't feel good to have stomach ache during a 3 hour test.

HELP ME!!!!!

Well if your tummy growls it probably means your hungry... try having a snack before going into class to help with the belly sounds. The sniffly nose... well it could be a number of things... like allergies, a cold, anything. Sorry cant be much more help.

I feel your pain. All of my stress and anxiety goes straight to my stomach. Whenever I have to present a speech or something like that in front of a class, it feels like I have molten lava swirling around in my stomach. Keep a roll of Rolaids in your backpack. Take two whenever your stomach starts to hurt, if it doesn't ease up in about 15 minutes, take two more.

The bad thing is, stress can sometimes thwart any attempts we make to ease up the pain. If the medicine doesn't work or eating something beforehand doesn't work, then this may just be something you have to live with (your problem is probably genetic, like mine). In these instances, just keep in mind that as soon as the stressful situation is over, you'll feel good as new.

Stress all affects us differently. I have a similar problem but i get massive stomach aches. I really don't know what you can do about it besides try to relax and engulf yourself in the test instead of thinking about it.

The Brain has a funny way of convincing itself of habit :)
