Getting a job, maybe working your way through some kind of school, learning things, making something of your life or..............
sitting on your couch drawing welfare and kissing a productive life goodbye, maybe selling dope and going to jail or getting shot

lol i know.
i truly think if we give educations to more people around the world, less people will be impoverished.
it won't decrease crime or "evil", but at least more people will have natural, comfortable lives.
i think that most rich people either worked their way to riches (amazing) or are mooching off ancestors or relatives who worked their way to riches (not so awesome) or are living on stolen money because of greed (horrible).
richness needs to stop being such a huge trend, people spend more than they have. see all those poor people? why waste what you have been given?
but, really, those who ARE rich and have plenty to give really do need to give more money, not just donate, but give people educations and jobs with the money. it's like that saying, give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. something like that. it's SO true!

You forgot to add: jobs that pay a living wage.
Ever heard of the working poor?
People try to get ahead and they find out they can make more by "sitting on their couches drawing welfare".
Just because someone is on welfare does not automatically make them someone who would stoop so low as to be a dope dealer or other kind of criminal.
Maybe you should stop painting people/groups with such a broad brush.

The former one is better for the poor. If they would get a decent job and decent education, then they will no longer be poor. If they keep drawing welfare and relying on other people to support them then they will always be poor or dead.

Oh shut up not all poor people sit at home collecting welfare checks. Many are hard working people who want better for themselves. While you are sitting here trying to put down the poor, What are you doing to help them????? That's what I thought.

first off asshole there are many people who work ,go to school, trying to make something of themselves who are still poor , not everyone comes from rich homes wit Mommy's and daddy's to pay there way, and when u are on welfare and u receive cash u have to participate in a work program, which means u r trying to work , so u stupid ***** don't talk about **** that u don't understand , worry about ur own pathetic life
