Inflexible. That's a bad quality in a president. It's one thing to form an opinion and a plan of action based on a set of facts and assumptions then stick to your guns. However if you find out that your original assumption were wrong then you need to be able to adapt to the new situation. Bush has never given me the impression that he is willing to do that unless backed into a corner.
