Do NOT get PSP Blender, it has a few guides to downgrade your PSP, but you can get the exact same result for free! Also, it states that the games you download from it are legal, well guess what, the are 100% illegal. Everything on PSP Blender is around the internet and is free.
PSP Blender provides torrent sites, and more torrent sites. So don't buy it, stick with the free stuff.
