When you say that Judiciary is giving special treatment to heavy politicians & filmy stars you are blaming the very fundamentals of our judiciary system which is base on the principles of natural justice of unbiased & reasonable justice to all irrespective of his/her/their status, religion, caste, public standing. What makes you think such is because whenever there is a legal proceeding with regard to any of these people you have named the press or media makes a big issue of it to increase its TRP ratting & starts giving its own biased opinion regarding the whole issue without even considering the evidence on records & legal provisions applicable to the matter. The media itself wants to settle the whole issue itself by its wide viewer ship which courts in India don't have. We all the officers of judiciary whether lawyers or judicial officers go by the evidence on record, circumstances of the case & legal provisions applicable to the case, the sentimental factor is not for our consideration which is the only factor media use in giving wrong, irrelevant importance to any issue concerning these politicians or film stars, for us it is irrelevant who is standing in the court for us he/she/they are only petitioners/plaintiffs/complainants or respondents/defendants/other parties similarly as a ill person/ patient before a doctor is a patient not a politician or film star. So next time avoid making wild allegation against the judiciary by getting instigated by media reports.
